Infosys Announces Interim Dividend Ex-Date Today: Bangalore-based IT giant, Infosys, has declared an interim dividend for the financial year 2023-24. The crucial update is that the ex and record date for this interim dividend is today, October 25. The company has declared an interim dividend of Rs 18 per equity share, with the dividend payout date set for November 6. It’s important to note that only shareholders holding shares as of the record or ex-date, based on the data available in the company’s balance sheet after the market closed on October 25, will receive the benefit of this interim dividend.

Infosys’ Dividend History: Infosys has declared dividends 49 times since October 25, 2000, with a payout of Rs 52 per equity share in the last 12 months, as per Trendlyne data. In the second quarter ending September 30, 2023, the company reported a consolidated profit of Rs 6,212 crore, albeit below expectations. The company’s revenue increased by 2.8 percent to Rs 38,994 crore.
