Jio is offering access to Netflix with two of its prepaid recharge plans, both having an 84-day validity and other telecom services included.

1. Rs 1099 Plan: This plan costs Rs 1099 and provides users with 2GB of data daily for 84 days, totaling 168GB of data. It also includes unlimited voice calling, daily 100 SMS, and access to various OTT platforms, including Jio TV, Jio Cinema, Jio Cloud, and Netflix Mobile. However, it doesn’t offer premium access to Jio Cinema and comes with unlimited 5G eligibility.
2. Rs 1499 Plan: This plan, priced at Rs 1499, includes all the benefits of the Rs 1099 plan but offers 3GB of daily data.

To determine whether these plans are worth it, consider that a one-month Netflix Mobile subscription in India costs Rs 149, and a three-month subscription will be around Rs 450.

If you opt for Jio’s 84-day recharge plan without any OTT benefits, it is priced at Rs 719. If you subscribe to Netflix separately, the combined cost reaches approximately Rs 1167. Therefore, Jio’s plans are more cost-effective and provide benefits for users. These calculations apply to plans with 3GB of daily data as well.
